Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We acccept returns for unused or unopened product for up to 30 days. All returns must be submitted and approved by the Customer Care Department. Please call or email to obtain return shipping instructions.
Please contact us up to 30 days after sending of your order to receive instructions. You will be issued a refund to your credit card for the item in question, less shipping and processing charges after we recieve your product.
You will be responsible for return shipping charges in all cases except where we have made an error in your order and shipped you the incorrect item, or where non-carrier related damage is reported.
Please note that it may take your financial institution up to 10 business days to process any refund amount and credit your account. If you have any questions about your return, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Damaged Item(s)
Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery.
We cannot be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 5 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
